Our primary goal is to maintain and improve the quality of life for all residents by ensuring that the common areas and amenities are well-maintained and functional. We also strive to foster a sense of community among residents and encourage active participation in events and activities. We welcome feedback and suggestions from residents and are dedicated to addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner. Shawn has been a resident since 2012. She is married to Paul. Shawn is a native of Tampa, Florida (Go Bucs) and has a Bachelor's degree from Saint Leo University in Business Management. Shawn recently retired from Verizon and has embarked in a new career in the entertainment industry. Her hobbies are tennis, walking, organic gardening, writing and arts and crafts.
Anthony resided in Wyncreek since 2006. He is a native of Queens, New York, where he retired from the New York Fire Department. His hobbies are fitness, training, billiards, chess and golf.
